Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the vteach.ca website and services operated by Vteach Learning Centre ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Registration and Accounts

When you create an account with us or register for a program, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. Payment and Fees

Payment is required to secure a spot in our programs, camps, and workshops. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed registrations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vteach Learning Centre and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe and positive learning environment. Students and parents are expected to treat staff, tutors, and other students with respect. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vteach Learning Centre, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
